围生期心肌病的研究进展

摘要 围生期心肌病（peripartum cardiomyopathy,PPCM）是继发于妊娠的以累及心肌为主的一种心肌病.表现为左室收缩功能减退和心力衰竭.多出现在产前1个月和产后5个月之内,但有少数病例发生早于产前1个月[1].考虑到过度严格的时间限制可能造成漏诊,2010年欧洲心脏病学会议取消了时间上的严格限制,定义为：PPCM是一种特发性心肌病,在妊娠末期或产后几个月内出现以左室收缩功能障碍为主的心力衰竭,且无其他致心力衰竭的病因存在.该病的诊断主要靠排除法.左心室不一定扩张,但是射血分数几乎总是下降至45%以下[2].
