摘要 珠蛋白基因诱导疗法是目前针对β地中海贫血一种仍在不断探索中的新型治疗手段。本文对β地中海贫血珠蛋白基因诱导治疗的具体原理及目前的γ珠蛋白基因诱导药物作一综述。 Globin gene induction therapy is a new treatment under study for β-thalassemia.This review summarizes the research progress on the mechanisms of globin gene induction therapy for β-thalassemia and current γ-globin gene induction medicines.
