缝合锚钉内固定治疗膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤 被引量:9

摘要 目的评价采用缝合锚钉内固定治疗膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)Ⅲ度损伤的临床疗效。方法自2007-06—2012-01采用缝合锚钉内固定治疗膝关节MCLⅢ度损伤31例。结果本组均获随访7~13个月,平均8.7个月。术后6个月Lysholm膝关节功能评分77-100分,平均92.1分;疗效等级评价:优20例,良9例,可2例,优良率93.5%。结论采用缝合锚钉内固定治疗膝关节MCLⅢ度损伤操作简单,能提供膝关节内侧即刻稳定性,有利于韧带修复且并发症少。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of suture anchors for medial collateral ligament Ⅲ injuries of the knee. Methods From June 2007 to January 2012, 31 medial collateral ligament Ⅲ injuries of the knee were treated with suture anchors. Results All cases were followed-up for 7 to 13 months (mean 8.7 months) after operation. According to the Lysholm score system, the Lysholm score system averaged 92.1 (range 77 to 100). The operation results were excellent in 20 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 2 cases, with excellent and good rate of 93.5%. Conclusion Treatment of medial collateral ligament Ⅲ injuries of the knee with suture anchors is a safe,effective fixation,due to its immediately stable fixation and relatively low complications. It is believed as an ideal procedure for medial collateral ligament Ⅲ injuries of the knee.
