摘要 目的探讨后外侧入路切开复位Meta钢板内固定治疗HaraguchiⅡ型后踝骨折的疗效。方法17例三踝骨折先行外踝骨折内固定,再行后、内踝骨折固定,后踝骨折应用Meta钢板内固定。术后定期随访,观察骨折愈合及内固定位置等情况,评价其疗效。结果本组均获随访9—36个月,平均13个月。踝关节骨折均于术后3-5个月愈合,平均3.5个月。未见明显踝关节不稳。根据踝关节功能Baird—Jackson评分标准:优10例,良4例,可3例。结论后外侧入路切开复位Meta钢板内固定治疗HaraguchiⅡ型后踝骨折操作简单、复位精确、固定可靠,值得进一步推广。 Objective To evaluate the method and curative efficacy of the Meta plate fixation by posterolateral approach in the treatment of posterior malleolus fracture of type Haraguehi Ⅱ. Methods Seventeen patients of trimalleolar fractures were treated. Firstly, lateral malleolus fracture got open internal fixation. After that, posterior and medial malleolus fracture fixation. The posterior malleolus fractures were fixed by Meta plate fixation. After operation, the bony union and the fixed position were observed. Results All the patients in the study group were followed up for mean duration of 13 months (range, 9-36 months). The fracture healing time was 3.5 months (range, 3-5 months). According to Kofoed: excellent in 10 cases, good in 4 cases, fair in 3 eases. Conclusion The Meta plate fixation by posterolateral approach in the treatment of posterior malleolus fracture of type Haraguehi Ⅱ is easy with accurate fracture reduction and stable fixation, and it is worthy of promotion.
