全髋关节置换术治疗HardasⅢ型老年陈旧性股骨颈骨折 被引量：6

摘要 目的评价全髋关节置换术（THA）治疗HardasⅢ型老年陈旧性股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法对26例HardasⅢ型陈旧性股骨颈骨折采用髋关节后外侧入路行THA，均使用生物型假体。结果26例获平均3（0．5～6）年随访。末次随访时髋关节功能Harris评分：优18例，良6例，可2例，优良率92．3％。结论THA是治疗HardasⅢ型陈旧性股骨颈骨折的有效手段。术前充分骨牵引，术中松解挛缩组织、彻底止血，术后早期功能锻炼是手术成功的关键。
