摘要
我国工业与世界先进水平的差距既表现在产出质量方面 ,也表现在投入质量方面 ,而且后者在很大程度上成为前者的原因。我们从企业规模经济水平、生产设备技术水平、劳动者素质、科技投入、技术创新和应用等方面 ,对工业投入质量进行国际比较 ,有利于我们找出差距、找到原因 ,并进一步去寻找缩小差距的途径。
The gap between our industries and those of world advanced level is reflected by inputs quality as well as outputs quality,and the former is, to great extent,the cause of the latter.Our international comparison of industrial inputs quality consists of the analysis of scale economies of the firms,technical level of the production equipments,the quality of the labor,inputs of sciences and technologies,technology innovation and applications,etc.The comparison can help us find the sources of the gap and the ways to dwindle it.
