摘要 放射治疗是肺癌主要的治疗方法之一,高剂量放疗是提高肺癌局部控制率、提高患者生存率的关键,但正常组织照射体积限制了放疗剂量的提高。研究并测量临床上肺癌精确放疗的误差并对误差进行控制是保证安全实施肺癌精确放疗的重要前提。本文就肺部肿瘤放疗误差来源及其控制方法和发展趋势进行综述。 Radiotherapy is the main treatment method of early lung cancer not undergoing surgery for medical reasons and advanced non-resectable lung cancer. The local regional control of lung cancer requires high-dose irradiation, but this treatment is restricted by normal tissue tolerance. The measurement and control of errors are crucial for safe implementation of lung cancer precision radiotherapy. Lung tumor radiotherapy error sources, the methods to control these errors, and the error development trend are discussed in this review.
