摘要 随着脑血管病发病率的上升及人口老龄化的到来,脑小血管病（cerebral small vessel disease,CSVD）的危害越来越引起人们的重视.CSVD已成为当今国内外脑卒中研究的热点.随着影像学技术的进展,磁共振各项新序列（SWI,DTI）的产生,大大提高了其检出率.目前对其认识处于探索阶段,尚无明确诊断标准.CSVD的严重程度与认知功能下降相关,因此了解其病因及潜在的病理学改变就显得尤为重要.现就CSVD目前研究的热点方面做一综述.
