对虾白斑综合征病毒结构蛋白的研究概况

摘要 白斑综合征病毒(White spot syndrome virus,WSSV)是严重危害对虾养殖业的病原之一。随着WSSV基因组全序列的公布及蛋白质组学的飞速发展,对WSSV结构蛋白及其相互作用的研究越来越深入。通过对WSSV结构蛋白及其相互作用的分析,进一步研究其在病毒感染过程中的作用,这为有效控制甚至阻断WSSV感染奠定基础。 White spot syndrome virus (WSSV)is a pathogen which has caused massive losses in the shrimp farming industry. With the release of WSSV genome sequence and the rapid development of proteomics, the research on the WSSV structure proteins and their interaction will be going further and further. The analysis of the WSSV structure proteins and the interaction among structure proteins will help us understand their functions in the process of virus-infection, which will lay foundations for the effective control and even block of the WSSV-infection.
