摘要
肿瘤光动力疗法(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种应用于实体肿瘤治疗的新方法。机体被施予光敏剂后,再用特定波长的光照射,光敏剂随之活化,与底物及氧分子作用产生单线态氧及其他活性氧物质,可以直接杀伤肿瘤细胞。此外,其他作用如血管损伤、诱发炎症反应、促进抗肿瘤免疫等亦可导致肿瘤细胞死亡。本文综述了光动力疗法在肿瘤治疗方面的作用及其机制。
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is a therapeutic modality used for the treatment of solid tumors involving the administration of photo- sensitizing agent, followed by activation of the photesensitizer by light with a specific wavelength. Most of the effects of thistherapy re- sult from direct action of singlet oxygen and reactive oxygen species. However, increasing evidence indicates that anti-tumor effects are also mediated by the vascular effects , inflammation , anti-tumor immunity, etc. In this review, we summarizes the anti-tumor effects of PDT and their underline mechanisms.
