摘要
目的通过建立失交感神经支配模型,研究失交感神经支配对拔牙窝骨愈合期间血管再生的影响作用。方法利用颈上神经节切除术建立SD大鼠单侧失交感神经支配大鼠模型,并通过免疫组织化学染色技术检测术后1,3,7,14和21d5个时间点拔牙窝的血管内皮细胞数量及ETS相关基因(ERG)表达。结果实验组第3,7,21d时血管内皮细胞数量明显多于对照组(P<0.05),余时间点差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组第7,21d时血管内皮细胞表达ERG积分光密度(IOD)值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),余时间点差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论失交感神经支配可以促进血管再生和血管内皮细胞ERG表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of sympathetic denervation on angiogenesis during extraction socket healing period by establishing sympathetic denervation model . Methods Sympathetic denervation model was established by modified unilateral superior cervical ganglionectomy (SCGx) in Spra-gue-Dawley rats . We used immunohistochemistry to detect the number of vascular endothelial cells and ERG expression at 1 ,3 ,7 ,14 and 21 days after surgery in extraction socket . Results Compared with the control group ,the number of endothelial cells (at 3 ,7 and 21 days) and IOD values of ERG (at 7 and 21 days) were significantly higher in the SCGx group (all P&lt;0 .05) . Conclusion Sympathetic denerva-tion promotes angiogenesis and ERG expression in vascular endothelial cells .
