蛋白激酶Cα、δ和ε亚型与缺血/运动预处理研究进展

摘要 1986年Murry等[1]发现,预先给予狗心脏几次短暂的缺血再灌注处理,会使其心肌对随后长时间缺血损伤的耐受性增强,这种现象称为缺血预处理(ischemic preconditioning,Ip)[2-4].由运动诱导的IP样心肌保护效应,称为运动预处理(exercisepreconditioning,Ep)[5-7].EP具有与IP类似的保护效应和信号转导通路[s,s-13],但具体机制尚不清楚.在各种预处理效应机制中,蛋白激酶C (protein kinase C,PKC) α、δ和ε亚型是中介环节的关键点.在EP现象中,PKCα、δ和ε亚型表达和分布变化以及三者的交互作用(Cross-Talk)对EP效应的最终产生有重要影响.本文对蛋白激酶Cα、δ和ε亚型及其交互作用在缺血预处理和运动预处理心肌保护作用中的变化及可能机制进行综述.
