小城镇现代化建设发展策略研究——以永修县湖东新区为例

Study on Development Strategy of Modernization Construction of Small Towns——Taking East Lake New District of Yongxiu County for Example

小城镇建设是吸收农村人口实现城镇化的主站场。江西省永修县湖东新区历经几次规划和调整,现代化建设具有显著的成效,从规划实践经验出发探讨小城镇现代化建设的发展策略,提出了适宜地方城镇个性化发展的策略,对我国小城镇建设具有普遍的借鉴意义。

The construction of small towns was master courses of absorbing the rural population urbanization. Planning and adjustment of east lake new district has made significant results after several times of modernization in Yongxiu County of Jiangxi Province. Starting from the planning practice, development strategies on modernization construction of small towns were discussed. Development strategies which were suitable for local town of personalized were put forward, and had a universal significance for construction of small towns in our country.
