为了使北方体育院校冬季体育课程设置符合素质教育的要求,对课程设置改革进行探讨,指出课程设置改革必须要能使学生全面发展体能,养成终身体育的意识和习惯;课程设置改革要利于学生心理健康的发展,不断提升学生们的情商水平;课程设置改革要使学生适应社会,成为高素质全面发展的社会人等改革的依据和原则。提出从思想上高度重视,转变教学观念;在教学中勇于实践,拓宽教学内容、方法和评价体系;加强基本建设,满足素质教育教学需要等改革的对策与途径,为适应素质教育、培养出新世纪全面发展的高素质人才提供参考。

In order to make the winter sports curriculum of northern physical education institute meet the re-quirements of quality education , the paper has a discuss on the reform of curriculum and points out that the reform of curriculum must be able to make students develop physical fitness comprehensively , form the con-sciousness and habits of life -long physical education .The reform of curriculum should be good to the de-velopment of students＆#39;mental health , improve their emotional quotient .And the reform of curriculum should make students adapt to the society and become the reforming basis and principle of high quality and all -round developed talents .The paper puts forward that we should put a high value on thoughts , change the concepts of teaching , practice in teaching , broaden the contents , methods of teaching and evaluation sys-tem, strengthen the basic construction , meet the need of countermeasures and ways of quality education , provide reference for adapting quality education and cultivating all -round developed talents in the new country .
