摘要
将HACCP应用于贡菜脆椒生产过程中,对贡菜脆椒生产流程进行考察,了解生产过程各个环节的潜在危害,确定关键控制点,制定了HACCP计划表。通过对贡菜脆椒生产过程实施有效控制,使贡菜脆椒产品质量有了可靠保障。
HACCP was applied to the production of steamed crispy pepper. Based on the process of steamed crispy pepper production and the potential hazards, the critical control points were identified and the HACCP plan form was established. Through the implementation of effective control of the process of steamed crispy pepper production, the reliable guarantee of steamed crispy pepper's quality was provided.
