动态振动区条件下机组负荷指令分配方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 机组穿越振动区运行是水电站自动发电控制AGC(Automatic Generation Control)所要求的一项重要功能。针对云南龙江水电站机组振动区修改为随水头变化的动态振动区的情况,设计了AGC负荷指令的分配方法及机组投入AGC情况下穿越振动区的解决方案。通过插值计算方法得到当前水头条件下各台机组的振动区范围,结合各机组AGC投入/退出(成组/单机)组合及当前水头情况下的振动区限和保留出力等测算出可调节区间,再利用修正的等容量负荷分配方法正确实现负荷指令的分配。通过对龙江电站机组的厂内方式闭环测试及调度方式闭环测试,证明了所研究的负荷指令分配方法对动态振动区的机组分配效果较好且稳定可靠。 According to the situation of unit vibration area of Yunnan Longjiang hydropower station is amended as dynamic vibration area with water head change, design the distribution method of unit AGC load instruction and the solution of through pass vibration area in AGC case. Get units vibration area in the current head conditions by interpolation method, calculated adjustable interval combined with the unit AGC into/exit (Group/unit) and the vibration limits in current head case and keep load ere, Achieves the correct distribution of load instruction by the method of corrected load distribution based on the same capacity. Through the closed loop test of power mode and scheduling mode of Longjiang plant units , proved that the research distribution method of load instruc- tion is good and stable and reliable for the unit with the vibration area.
