基于PLC的水火电机组功率振荡判据

摘要 低频振荡时刻威胁着电网的安全与稳定,电厂与机组侧的不稳定是导致电网振荡的主因之一,从源头上及时发现功率的振荡,然后采取措施消除电网振荡的可能性、避免进一步扩大是十分有意义的。本文提出了一个机组功率振荡判据,并将此方法在施耐德PLC上实现,通过模拟振荡信号验证了此方法的合理性与可行性。 Low - frequency oscillation has been a threat to the security and stability of power grid, and power plants with unit side of the instability is the main cause of the power system oscillation. Discovering the power oscillation from the source, and then taking measures to eliminate the possibility of power system oscillation to avoid greater is very meaningful. This paper presents a power os- cillation criterion, and this method is implemented in the Schneider PLC, through the simulation of oscillation signal to verify the ra- tionality and feasibility of this method.
