摘要
本文通过对某电厂ZG00Cr13Ni5Mo材料的700MW水轮机转轮裂纹进行实物取样,结合裂纹形貌和取样位置、化学成分分析、裂纹附近金相组织检验、裂纹断面电镜及能谱分析、裂纹断面分析等分析和试验结果,对该叶片裂纹的产生原因进行综合分析,造成裂纹的原因为:叶片局部区域产生共振,共振使叶片在弧坑处(B点含铜6.99%,可判断为电焊机电缆短路造成的弧坑)形成疲劳源并沿疲劳源处发展,形成疲劳裂纹。
In this paper, a 700 MW turbine runner cracks sample with material of ZGOOCrl3Ni5Mo was analyzed, combined with methods of crack morphology, sampling location, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination of the crack nearby ar- ea, cross - section SEM and EDS analysis, cross - sectional analysis. According to the analysis results, the causes of the blade cracks are because : resonance occured in local area of blades, and formed fatigue source in the crater ( B point with 6.99% cop- per, can be judged as crater caused by welding cable short circuit), developed along the source, and finally formed fatigue cracks.
