小型手动材料拉伸仪的设计

摘要 为提高实践教学质量,增加直观教学,设计制造了一种适用于课堂教学的小型手动材料拉伸装置。该拉伸装置安装试样后,通过转动手柄使移动横梁向下运动、拉伸试样,其伸长量可在标尺上直接读出,直观准确。拉伸完成后,拆卸拉伸试样,恢复移动横梁的位置至标尺零位,可继续进行试验。为满足使用要求,对拉伸装置各部分的材料、尺寸参数,机构进行了设计,刚度强度都进行了校核。拉伸试样的拉伸和恢复过程可手动完成,提高了学生的动手能力。手动装置需要测试的拉伸试样比较小,容易加工获得,节约了材料,可用于工程力学、材料等相关课程的课堂教学,安全可靠,结构简单,实用性强。 In order to improve the quality of practical education and make teaching lively, a miniaturized hand-operating stretcher is designed. The tensile sample whose elongation can be read directly and accurately on the sealeplate is stretched by rotating hand wheel and moving the crossbeam downward. After tension, tensile sample is dismounted and the location of erossbeanl is moved to the zero point of the sealeplate ready for the next experiment. The material and dimension of the main parts are designed. The strength and the stiffness of the stretcher are checked in order to ensure its service performance. The procedure of stretching and recovery is aeeomplished operating-manually which enhances the practical ability of students. This hand-operating stretcher with simple structure is safe, reliable and practical le samples needed is small and easy Io machine and it can be used for classroom teaching of engineering and materials curriculum
