强化实验教学示范中心建设 促进创新人才培养

Strengthening Creative Talents Training with the Platform of Experiment Teaching Demonstration Center

实验教学示范中心是培养高素质、创新型人才培养极为重要和关键的教学平台,其管理水平的高低以及运行机制优劣直接关系到人才培养的成败。我校化学实验教学示范中心在促进创新人才培养中坚持以学生为主,提高学生的实践能力和创新能力,以高素质教师的队伍提高实验教学的创新水平,依托学科优势,加快实验中心的创新平台建设。使中心成为培养具有创新精神的综合素质人才的基地,促进了创新人才培养。

The experiment teaching demonstration center is an important platform for the training of high-quality and creative talents. The success in talent training depends greatly on the management level and mechanism of the leaching platform. In this work, the practice of strengthening creative talents training in chemistry experiment teaching demonstration center of Shandong Normal University was presented. The main experience includes ： 1 ） strengthening the training in practical and creative ability of students with humanist teaching idea; 2 ） improving the function of the demonstration center in experimental teaching and creative training with high-quality teacher team; 3） speeding up the construction the creative platform in experiment teaching demonstration center with the helps from the development in disciplines.
