摘要 为了更好地提高学生动手能力,同时增强就业竞争力,集成电路设计专业本科实践教学的相关工作日益受到更多教育者的重视。论文从集成电路的本科实践教学现状出发,在对相关院校现有集成电路设计专业的本科实践教学研究基础上,讨论了集成电路设计本科实践教学现阶段存在的问题。同时,通过对集成电路设计教学内容分配、实践工具使用、实践成本开销等问题的分析,探讨了在今后的集成电路设计本科教学实践中,如何通过熟悉并掌握集成电路设计自动化工具的使用提高实践教学效果、改变教学方式降低实践成本等相应的解决方法,实现集成电路设计专业本科实践教学的目标。 In order to reflect the integrated circuit design professional characteristics better, improve the practical ability of students, and enhance the employability and competitiveness, undergraduate teaching practice in integrated circuits achieves more attention of educators. Based on the current situation of undergraduate teaching practice in integrated circuits, the paper presents tire problems in the current undergraduate IC teaching practice. Through the detailed analysis of IC design teaching content distribution, practice tools, practice overhead costs and other issues in the next IC design undergraduate teaching practice, the paper lists some possible ways to improve education quality, such as to master the use of integrated circuit design automation tools to improve education quality, change the practice of teaching methods to reduce costs and so on. The ultimate goal is to realize the integrated circnit design undergraduate teaching objectives.
