强化实践教学体系建设 提高航海人才培养质量

Strengthening Practice Teaching System and Improving the Quality of Maritime Personnel Training

强化实践教学、提高学生适任能力和多元化发展能力是国际化航海人才培养的发展趋势。海运与物流实验教学示范中心的建设立足于这一发展,以构建"多层次、开放式"实践教学体系为主线,在发展规划制定、实践教学条件建设、引进和优化实验教学队伍、改革实践教学内容和方法、开展形式多样的实践教学活动等方面做了一些尝试。教学实践表明,这些举措有利于进一步提高航海人才培养质量。

Strengthening teaching quality, improving student competency and diversifying development are growing trends of international sailing talent cuhivation. Constructing the shipping and logistics experimental teaching demonstration center has to base on such a development concept, and follow the line of buihling a muhi-level, open, practical teaching system. The article introduces our practice such as the development planning, the construction of practice teaching conditions, the optimization of experimental teaching force, and practical teaching content and methods. Teaciling practice in recent years shows that these initiatives are conductive to further improve the quality of seafarers culture.
