摘要
在越来越多的高校将CDIO教育模式作为人才培养方向的同时,实验室也应与时俱进,将建设与管理的发展方向逐步向工程教育模式倾斜。通过解析CDIO模式下实验室工作面临的挑战,有针对性地提出了实验室建设和管理工作的五点措施:①实验教学优化;②基础设施优化;③实验教学队伍建设;④建立健全人员考核机制;⑤开放实验室管理。希望以此推进CDIO模式下的实验室建设和管理工作,为培养创新型、实践型和应用型的人才创造条件。
As CDIO education model is more and more popular in colleges and universities, the laboratories should also advance with this tide, and turn the development direction of construction and management to engineering education mode gradually. This article analyzed the challenges of laboratory work under CDIO model, and five measures have been proposed for laboratory construction and management: 1 ) optimizing the experimental teaching; 2) optimizing infrastructure; 3) forging the team for experimental teaching; 4) establishing the mechanism of personnel assessment; 5) opening laboratory management. We expect that the laboratory construction and management can be propelled under CDIO mode, and the conditions for cultivating innovative talents will be created.
