摘要
通过SKT4-4M锻钢产品在生产试制过程中对钢水纯净度、锻造温度、锻后调质等的严格控制,并对锻制扁钢进行各种检验,检验该钢种的高低倍质量、硬度均匀性和力学性能指标,为今后此钢种及类似钢种的生产积累了经验。
During trial production of SKT4-4M forged product, the purity of the molten steel, forging tem-perature, quenching and tempering after forging were strictly controlled. The microstructure and macrostructure, hardness uniformity and mechanical property of the said steel were examined and tested, which accumulates ex-periences for the production of this kind of and similar steel.
