摘要 通过对30Cr13锭坯加热制度、热轧工艺、热轧辊型的优化,得到了比较理想的热带三点差、同条差和板形,为冷带生产提供了优质的母材--热轧带钢;通过对冷轧工艺、热处理工艺的优化,生产出了完全满足用户使用要求并达到质量标准的碟刹片用30Cr13冷轧带钢。 Based on optimizing of heating process, hot rolling process for 30Cr13 ingot and roll profile during rolling, optimal three-point-deviation, thickness deviation on lengthwise and widthwise, and plate profile of hot rolled strip were obtained, which provided high quality material for the production of cold rolled strip. In addition, after optimizing cold rolling process and heat treatment process, the 30Cr13 cold rolled strip for disc brake was pro-duced which met the customer’s requirement and relative standard.
