摘要
在KGPS-50-2.5感应热处理炉中,选用SFG-3、T2、N04400等3种材料的衬管,采用不同规格的管材在同样的频率、送料速度下进行烘干试验,发现随着管材外径的变化,引起管材温度上升的两个主要因素热传递和涡流所占的比例在逐渐变化:随着管材外径的减小,热传递的作用逐渐加大,涡流的作用逐渐减小,当管材外径大于45 mm时,热传递对温度的上升只占30%~35%的作用,当管材外径小于25 mm时,涡流几乎不起作用。对于D≥45 mm的管材烘干时可以选择SFG-3、T2或N04400材料内衬,对于D≤45 mm的管材烘干时,应选择N04400材料内衬。
In KGPS-50-2.5 induction heat treatment furnace, liner tubes in SFG-3, T2 and N04400 mate-rial were selected to perform drying tests at the same frequency and feeding speed with pipes of different speci-fications. The test results showed that the ratio of heat transfer and eddy current which were two key factors causing tubes temperature’s rising gradually varied with tube outside diameter’s changing. With decreasing tube outside diameter, heat transfer effect was increasing and eddy current effect was reducing. Heat transfer only played 30-35percent role on temperature rising when pipe outside diameter was greater than 45mm. Eddy current almost had no effect on temperature rising when outside diameter was less than 25mm. SFG-3, T2 or N04400 could be selected as lining material when drying with D≥45mm liner tube. N04400 should be select-ed as lining material when drying with D≤45mm liner tube.
