收集工作是做好电力企业档案工作的根本,并且收集工作是档管理的基础;要做好档案的收集工作,就要提高对档案的认识,加强领导;要做好档案的收集工作,就要建立、健全档案管理体系,明确职责;应不断完善档案管理制度、标准。针对以上四个方面就如何保证收集工作的顺利、有序进行做了详细阐述。
Collection work is the foundation of better work in the electric power enterprises archive. The article has proposed three as pects to ensure the smooth and orderly process of archives collection： understanding the root of the archives management; raising the awareness of the archieves and strengthening the leadership for better collection of the archives ; establishing and perfecting the archives management system and crystallizing the responsibility; continuously perfecting the archives management system and standard.
