摘要
"双师型"教师队伍是高职院校教学质量保证。近年来,对高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设的研究引起了学术界的高度关注。一些专家、学者作了一些有益的探索和研究,为目前高职"双师型"师资队伍的建设提供理论上的参照,思想上的启迪和实践上的借鉴。
Teaching faculty with double qualifications ensures the teaching quality in higher vocational institutes. Recently, the research on teaching faculty construction has attracted intensive attention from academia. Some experts and scholars have made helpful exploration and research for theoretical reference, spiritual enlightenment and practical basis.
