关于公开选拔党政领导干部合理性的思考

摘要 公开选拔党政领导是党政人才队伍建设的一个重要举措,是促进优秀党政人才脱颖而出的客观要求和有效途径。近几年来,全国各地根据中央的指示精神,在推进公开选拨党政领导干部工作规范化方面进行了有益的探索,积累了一定的经验,收到了良好的社会效果,但公开选拔领导干部工作的规范化、制度化建设仍是一个长期的、不断创新和完善的过程。如何在新的形势下,促进公开选拔工作的日臻完善,探索并建立程序健全、操作规范、运作高效的干部选拔机制,是未来公开选拔党政领导工作发展的方向。 The open selection ot leaomg promote the objective requirements and effective approaches for outstanding party and government talent talent showing itself. In recent years, the country according to the instructions of the central, in promoting the public selection of leading cadres of the party and government work specification has carried on the beneficial exploration, accumulated certain experience, received a good social effect. But the open selection of leading cadres work standardization, system construction is a long-term, continuous innovationand improvement process. How under the new situation, to promote the perfection of open selection work, explore and establish measures to complete, operating norms, efficient cadre selection mechanism, is the development of open selection of Party and government work direction in the future.
