工学结合背景下校企深度合作模式探讨

The Exploration on the College-enterprise Deep Cooperation Mode under the Background of Work-integrated Learning

高职教育最主要的任务之一就是培养学生的动手能力,加强学生的职业技能,提高学生的职业能力。在工学结合的背景下开展校企合作是培养技能型人才的有效途径。目前我国高职教育在借鉴国外先进经验的基础上取得了一定的成效,但是校企合作的深度和广度仍然不能满足职业教育的需求。为此,从总结归纳现行校企合作发展现状为出发点,找出工学结合背景下影响校企深度合作的主要问题,并在此基础上提出构建校企深度合作模式的几点建议。

One important task of higher vocational education is to cultivate students＆#39; practical ability, strengthen students＆#39; professional skills, and improve the professional ability of students. Under the background of work-integrated learning the college-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate skilled talents. At present, Chinese higher vocational education has achieved som e success on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience, but the depth and breadth of college-enterprise cooperation still can not meet the needs of vocational education. Therefore, starting from generalizing the present situation of current college-enterprise cooperation developm ent, the paper finds out the major problems affecting the deep college-enterprise cooperation under the background of work-integrated learning, and proposes som e suggestions.
