摘要
开展教师教学能力构成研究对提高高职专业教师教学能力具有重要意义。在充分研究相关文献、国家政策和全面分析经济社会发展对高职人才要求、高职学生特点、专业教学对教师要求的基础上,借鉴任务分析法,通过系统剖析高职专业教师承担的任务,确定出高职专业教师教学能力构成的基本框架,即教师教学能力由整合能力、普适性能力、个性品质三个基本维度及其相关能力要素构成。
It is significant to carry out the study of the constitution of higher vocation professional teachers teaching ability. The study helps to increase the teaching ability of professional teachers. On the basis of studying relevant literature, analyzing the econom ic and social development requirements for vocational personnel, students characteristics, and requirements for vocational teaching, by using task analysis, this paper analyzes the tasks of the higher vocation professional teachers, and defines the basic structure of teaching ability. It consists of integrating capability, universality, personality and the related ability elements.
