摘要
针对连铸板坯表面缺陷，重钢采用了CCD摄像的图像检测方式对铸坯表面缺陷进行在线检测。在重钢3螨机应用结果表明，该检测系统能够准确检出表面缺陷，检出率98％以上。
Chongqing Steel has adopted an image detection method with CCD camera for the surface slab defects online detection system. The results of application in the Chongqing Steel 3rd casting machine show that the detection system can accurately detect surface defects, the detection rate of 98% or more.
