摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化的向前推进,高师院校人才培养模式不断推新,逐渐由单一的师范型教育向研究型、综合型教育转变。但是,在转型过程中,高师院校非师范生这一独特群体的就业难问题显得尤为突出,其就业现状令人担忧。如何提高高师院校非师范生的就业机会与质量,是高等师范教育体系迎合社会对新型人才需求的重要保障。
With the continuous development of China＇ s higher education, the personnel training mode of normal universities innovates continuously, A change is taking place from single normal education to research-oriented and comprehensive education.
