教师专业素养的提升是学校可持续发展的关键,也是教育改革成败的关键。本文从新时期课程改革对中学化学教师的要求出发,探讨了中学化学教师专业素养提升的途径,旨在提升中学化学教师的专业素养。
How to improve the teachers＇ professionalism is the key to the sustainable development of a school and the key to the success of the education reform as well. Considering the requirement of the new chemistry curriculum reform on chemistry teachers, this essay explores the strategies of advancing chemistry teachers＇ professionalism, and aimed to accomplish the teachers＇ professionalism.
