摘要
提高义务教育师资队伍建设水平是促进义务教育发展的重要条件。自2001年开始,我国义务教育领域发生了重大的变革。基于近十年全国小学专任教师数量和结构的数据统计分析,剖析全国小学专任教师数量、年龄结构、性别结构、学历结构的情况,有助于从宏观上把握全国小学专任教师师资情况的问题,并提出改善小学专任教师队伍建设的建议。
Improving the level of compulsory education teachers team construction is the important condition to promote the development of compulsory education. Since 2001, great revolutions have taken place in our country compulsory education field. Basic education course reform in 2001 carried out formally. According to the statistical data of the ministry of education from 2001--2011, we found out the imbalance problems of the full-time teachers of the urban and rural areas. After knowing the quantity and structure of the full-time teachers in this period, then we find out the most influential factor of the number. Finally, This paper makes conclusions and policy recommendations according to the foundations of the research.
