摘要
丽水市绿谷名师培养工作站,积极创新校本研训模式,以学科工作室的形式开展校本研训活动。经过四年多的实践和研究,构建了"双导师"研训模式,明确了"双导师"研训模式的操作流程,探索了"双导师"研训模式的有效途径和实施策略,有效带动全市中小学的校本研训工作,进一步提高校本研训和区域研训的实效性。
Green Valley work stadium in Lishui, based on its experiences in training excellent teachers, has been actively engaged in making innovation of "double-supervisor" research and training mode. We have carried out research and training activities through different subjects' workshops. Through over 4-year practice and study, we have constructed this "double-supervisor" research and training mode, made clear of its operational process, as well as its effective methods and strategies to carry out, which have promoted our city's primary and secondary school-based research and training in a more effective way.
