摘要
发展性教师评价是评价的一种理念,其核心思想是通过评价促进教师不断发展。高校当前教师评价虽有许多改进的地方,但对教师的促进作用还非常有限。剖析发展性教师评价制度的内涵,研究发展性教师评价制度的优势,对当前高校教师评价工作的改革会有一些启示。高校教师评价必须转变认识,树立"促进教师专业发展"的观念;改变评价主体的机械性,建立评价主体主动参与的机制;充分研究高校的教育特点,合理公正地解决评价中所存在的问题。
Developing teacher evaluation is a concept of evaluation. Its central idea is to encourage teachers' pro gress through evaluating. Although college teacher evaluation has many improvements, it is very limited for promo-ting teachers' progress. This paper will provide some enlightenment on the reform of college teacher evaluation-- promoting teachers' professional development,establishing active participation system, resolving the problems in e valuating by studying the features of university education.
