高职院校建立科学的学生社团绩效评价模型,可以更好地引导和规范学生社团的可持续发展,发挥专业型学生社团在培养学生职业素质和专业实践能力等方面的积极作用。从社团的组织建设、活动开展、组织文化、财务管理、社团影响力五方面选取评价指标,运用层次分析法建立社团绩效评价模型,并选取某专业型社团进行绩效评价的实证分析,在分析评价结果的基础上对高职院校专业型学生社团的发展提出合理化建议。

The establishment of performance evaluation of professional students＇association in vocational colleges can better guide and standardize the sustainable development of students ＇associations , and can better play the positive role in developing their professional quality and professional practice ability .Through the analysis of key factors of performance evaluation of students＇society , this paper constructs evaluation index system which in-cludes organizational construction , activities, organizational culture , financial management and association im-pact.Performance evaluation model of professional students＇association in vocational colleges is set up and an empirical analysis of the performance evaluation is made by using the method of AHP , based on which some rea-sonable suggestions are put forward .
