摘要
高职院校教师的发展是不断走向成熟的过程,其内容涵盖个人发展、专业发展、组织发展和教学发展多个方面,其中教学与科研的发展占有很重要的地位。教师科研能力的发展能够促进教学能力的发展。高职院校作为我国高等教育的一个类别和层次,教师发展也强化专业知识和科研能力提高,科研是彰显高职教师职业特性的标志性要素。高职院校学报是教师科研的重要平台,与教师发展有着十分密切的关系。文章将高职学报与高职教师发展的关系作为切入点,在客观分析高职学报的应有价值以及高职教师科研的必要性基础上分析两者的相互影响及表现。
The development of teachers in higher vocational colleges is in the course of gradual maturity, covering individual development, professional development and organizational development, among which teaching and research occupy an important position. The development of teacher's research capacity is conductive to the development of teaching capacity. Higher vocational college, in which teachers focus on the improvement of professional knowledge and research capacity, and in which research is a typical factor in manifestation of occupational characteristics, is regarded as a type and a level of China's higher education. Higher vocational college journal provides an important research platform for teachers, closely related to their development. This paper starts with the relationship between journal and teacher's development in higher vocational colleges, and then analyzes the interaction between them on the basis of an objective analysis of journal's value and necessity of research for teachers in higher vocational colleges.
