摘要
高校后勤社会化改革进行了十多年,在取得重大成绩的同时原有体制中存在的一些问题或多或少地阻碍着企业的进一步发展。随着改革的推进,政策制度实用性差、员工积极性不高、行政管理不到位等问题日益束缚着高校后勤管理的企业化进程。为了走出这种困境,本文在分析后勤人员管理的现状与存在问题的基础上,综合运用绩效管理等方法构建了一套比较适合于高校后勤管理的绩效考核制度,能较好地解决企业在员工管理上存在的一些问题。
The college logistics socialization reform for more than ten years has made great achievements. At the same time, there exist in the original system some problems which more or less hindered the further development of enterprises. With the advancement of reform, it appears that the industrialization policy system is not practical, the enthusiasm of the staff is not high, and the administrative management is not in place. All these issues have influ- enced the efficiency of the university logistics management. In order to get out of this predicament, based on the full analysis of the status quo of logistics management and the existing problems, the integrated use of performance management and other methods to construct a set of suitable for college logistics management performance evaluation system can solve some problems of staff management.
