摘要
大学生创业对于缓解我国目前的大学生就业压力是一种非常重要的方法,然而大学生创业企业的成功与否与创业团队能否高绩效运作存在高度相关性。因此,如何建立良好运作的大学生创业团队,以求满足企业运作过程中对团队成员的要求,在创业管理实践中具有重大的理论与现实意义。本文基于团队设计视角,提出了设计团队时所需要考虑的各个因子,进而围绕在实际调研中所发现的"技能互补、目标一致、工作规范"三大关注点进行探讨,并对创业团队的设计提出建议。
College students entrepreneurship is a very important method to alleviate the current college students' employment pressure. However, there is a high correlation between the success of college students' entrepreneurial companies and entrepreneurial teams high performance operation. Therefore, the way to establish a good operation of college students entrepreneurial teams, in order to meet the requirements of enterprise operation process of team members, has important theoretical and practical significance in the business management practice. Based on the perspectives of team designing, this article puts forward various factors that need to consider, discusses about three major concerns-complementary skills, goals, job specification which found in actual survey, and gives suggestions for the design of entrepreneurial teams.
