A graph X=Cay（G ,S） is called normal if G is normal in Aut（X ） .The paper proves that ,up to isomorphic ,there are twenty-two pentavalent connected Cayley graphs of A6 which are neither normal nor arc -transitive .At last ,the paper gets a complete classification of the pentavalent connected Cayley graphs of A6 .
