The Study on the Effect of Dormitory Area Culture on the Cultivation to Students' Professional Quality in Vocational College

学生公寓是学生重要的活动与生活场所,其文化建设对学生职业素质的培养具有重要的影响。高职院校要充分挖掘公寓文化管理育人、服务育人、环境育人和氛围育人的内涵,发挥其教育、导向、凝聚、激励、塑造等重要的育人功能,采取多种途径加强公寓文化建设,为提高学生职业素质创造良好的环境和氛围。

The students＇dormitory area is an important place for their living and activity, therefore, its cul- ture construction has great effect on the students＇professional quality. The vocational college should fully develop the its connotation of management education, service education, environment education and atmosphere education in order to play its function in education, guidance, motivation and shaping. Moreover, the vocational college should take different measures to reinforce students dormitory area culture construetion which can provide positive environment for the improvement of students＇professional quality.
