中原经济区建设与大中专院校就业培养模式研究

The Construction of Central Plains Economic Zone and the Training Mode of Employment for College Students

建设中原经济区为解决高校毕业生就业问题提供了新的契机,但由于目前河南省高校毕业生就业存在就业市场供大于求、就业信息渠道不通畅等方面的原因,造成了一方面就业人员学历层次提高了,另一方面就业形势却不容乐观。本文从就业问题的现状入手,分析了当今大学生就业存在的问题与原因,提出了中原经济区建设给大中专院校学生带来的就业新机遇。

The construction of the Central Plains Economic graduates to solve their employment problem, but there are Zone provides a new opportunity for college so many graduates in Henan Province and the employment channel is not smooth, which results in oversupplied graduates in the market. Therefore, more and more employers raise their demand for employees＇education level. All of those make more difficulties for graduates＇employment. The paper starts with the present employment situation in Henan, analyzes the problems existing in employment, pointing out the new employment opportunities for graduates which is brought by the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone.
