摘要
一体化教学是把学习过程与职业的工作过程融为一体,实现理论教学与实训教学的融合,是职业教育必走之路。教育的质量取决于教师的质量,建立一支高素质的"一体化"的师资队伍是实施一体化教学的关键,学校可以通过培训、进修提高、引进能工巧匠和高技能人才、师傅带徒弟形式进行师资培养,以达到一体化教学对师资的需求,实现职业教育的培养目标。
Integration teaching is the only way to vocational education.
