莱芜市国土资源信访工作存在问题与分析

Analysis on Problems Occurred in Land Resources Petition Work in Laiwu City

做好国土资源信访工作,既要把解决群众合理诉求作为工作的第一任务,切实维护群众合法权益,又要协调好各种利益关系,真正把做好信访工作的过程变成为群众排忧解难、疏导群众情绪、化解社会矛盾的过程,变成密切党和政府与人民群众联系、促进社会和谐发展的过程。该文重点针对莱芜市国土资源信访问题进行了调查分析,并就如何处理信访事件提出了意见和建议。

Doing land and resources petition work well should not only resolve the reasonable demands of the masses as the first task of the work,and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests,but al-so to coordinate the various interests,and truly do petition work process into the masses to solve prob-lems,ease mood of the masses,to resolve social conflicts in the process,become close party and govern-ment contact with the masses,and promote social harmony and development process.In this paper,focu-sing on the problems occurred in land and resources petition work,opinions and suggestions have been put forward on how to deal with the petition events.
