摘要
研究了酚在鲤 (Cyprinuscarpio)体内积累、分配和释放规律。鲤饲养于 0 0 0 5 ,0 0 2 5 ,0 0 5mg/L酚液中 ,在 32d内随时间延长积累量增加 ,肝、性腺是酚的主要蓄积器官。鲤体随酚浓度升高 ,浓缩系数下降。将受酚污染后的鲤重返清水中饲养 ,43d后肌肉、鳃释放率高 。
This paper studies the rules on accumalation、distribution and release of phenolate in carps.The results show that the accumulations increase gradually by time in carps which are cultured in the phenolate concentrations of 0 005,0 025 and 0 05 mg/L during 32 days,and liver、sex gland tissues are main accumulative organs.The accumulative coefficients of carps decrease by the rise of phenolate concentration.when polluted carps are removed to the clear water for 42 days,the releasing frequencies in the organs of carps are different,muscle and gill tissues are high and liver tissueis low
