摘要
根据高速公路与城市道路间的相互衔接特性,从经济效益、安全影响、便捷服务、环境影响等4个维度建立了高速公路与城市道路间衔接线评价指标体系.将可拓工程方法同高速公路与城市道路间衔接线评价因子相结合,建立了高速公路与城市道路间衔接线多级可拓评价模型.对高速公路与城市道路间衔接线进行了一级和二级可拓评价,并给出评价对象所属等级.最后以兰武高速公路与兰州市城市道路的现状衔接方案为例,对该方法的合理性和可靠性进行了验证,结果表明该方法在高速公路与城市道路间衔接线综合评价中具有较好的应用效果.
According to the characteristics of the convergence line between highway and urban road, the e- valuation indicator system is established from economic benefit, security impact, convenient service and en- vironmental impact. Combining the extension method with evaluation factors of the convergence line be- tween highway and urban road, a multi-level extension evaluation model is built, then the evaluation grade is defined by using the primary and secondary extension evaluation. Finally, the current convergence pro- gram of Lan-Wu highway and Lanzhou city road is taken as an example to verify the rationality and reliability of the method. The results show that the method has a better effect in evaluating the convergence line between highway and urban road.
