摘要
分析国内外车体强度规范中的计算方法,以国内最新研制的某型轨道车车体为例,研究车体有限元模型生成方法和车体强度计算方法,并提出了一套关于车体强度评定的工程方法,为车体结构设计和强度分析提供了可靠的理论依据.并根据计算结果对轨道车车体进行了结构优化,保证了轨道车最大轴重满足设计要求.
Calculation methods of car-body strength in domestic and international standards are analyzed. A new developed domestic rail car body is taken as the example to research the generated method of car-body finite element model and the calculation method of car-body strength,and to put forward a project method of car-body strength evaluation in order to offer the theory guarantee for the construction design and strength analysis of the high-speed car body, then the structure of rail car body is optimized according to the calculation result so as to ensure the maximum axle load of the rail car meet the design requirement.
