摘要
基于对"四川抗震希望学校社工志愿服务"项目的实地观察和资料文本分析,本文对项目所开展的社区工作的实务目标、方法和技能进行了梳理,对工作过程中所涉及的核心专业要素进行了评估;同时考察了项目工作员在不同阶段的能力状况,总结出项目各个阶段社区工作的特点。本研究发现,该项目社区工作中所初步形成的一套介入模式、活动形式和服务技巧相互对接的方法体系,可对中国本土化的社区工作实践提供有益的借鉴。
Based on field observation and text analysis of the school social work volunteer service project in the disaster-hit area of Sichuan, this paper reports the objectives, methods and skills used in the project; reviews the process of service activities and the core professional elements involved in the intervention; explains various stages of the project carried out by the school-based community service; and analyzes the project workers' ability in various stages. The study finds that the methodological system, which includes the intervention model, format of activities and service skills accumulated in this project, could offer useful reference for the indigenized practices in China.
